DELIVERY REACH
Core delivery through Nexen’s own installation team for residential, commercial and C&I projects.
Project-by-project, where Nexen can directly resource installation, licensing, network and ongoing service requirements before contract.
Larger opportunities may be assessed in writing. Delivery is confirmed only when direct installation and support can be resourced.
Verify protection, device visibility, battery, inverter and backup behaviour against the design.
Confirm app access, generation, consumption, state of charge, grid direction, reserve settings and alerts available for the final platform.
Document manufacturer and workmanship responsibilities, service contacts and escalation before close-out. Workmanship terms are confirmed in the written proposal.
